What is the cost for international shipping?

The cost for international shipping varies depending on which country you will be shipping to. If you need to know what the shipping cost is prior to placing your order, please email our customer service department and they will be happy to email you back with a shipping quote.

All orders to Russia and Ukraine are shipped via ocean freight. These packages can take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Within the US, the transit time is approximately 5-7 business days (does not include weekends, 7-9 actual days as shipping companies do not count the day it ships or the weekends). Outside the US, the transit time is 10-14 business days (does not include weekends, 12-16 actual days as shipping companies do not count the day it ships or the weekends).

What is the difference between a 'board' and a 'background'?

Felt boards are felt backgrounds mounted to heavy duty cardboard and then reinforced with additional cardboard to create a sturdy felt board. Felt backgrounds are just the scene on a piece of felt (not made into a board). Backgrounds can be overlayed on top of an existing felt board.
